He was born in Gwanda, Zimbabwe, to Shadreck Maluzo Ndlovu and Lydia Muleya Dube.
Sister Ndlovu is a ward Primary presidency counselor and former ward Relief Society presidency counselor, ward Young Women presidency counselor, Sunday School teacher and seminary teacher. She was born in Plumtree, Zimbabwe, to Isaac Sibutha and Moddie Sibutha.
